Your 5K

Wanna push yourself to a 5K or see if you and your crew can set a new time together. Then the 5K is the run for you.

All runs will start at the same time and are designed for runners of all ability.

The Your Run Club Coaches are here to support you. They'll be with you every step of the way on any route. If you've not been before or just looking for someone to say hello to the Coaches will gladly chat and introduce you to the community.
